Technology Leadership Grounded in Operational Reality
Two decades of leading enterprise IT transformations in environments where downtime isn't an option and failure isn't acceptable.
My Approach
I've spent 20+ years leading enterprise IT, ERP, and warehouse modernization projects across regulated, high-volume, mission-critical environments. That experience has taught me one fundamental truth: technology transformations fail when they prioritize technology over operations.
My focus is not technology for its own sake. It is revenue protection, cost control, and risk elimination while systems evolve. Every recommendation I make is filtered through a simple question: "How does this protect the business while enabling progress?"
I work with executive teams as a trusted advisor — someone who speaks both the language of technology and the language of business outcomes. No jargon. No hype. No consulting theater.

What I Believe
Principles
- Operations come first — always
- Phased approaches beat big bang projects
- Technical debt is a business risk, not just an IT problem
- The best technology is the one that works
- Governance enables speed, not bureaucracy
What I Don't Do
- Recommend technology I haven't used
- Promise timelines I can't defend
- Prioritize vendors over your interests
- Create dependencies on my involvement
- Sugarcoat risks or challenges
